Social responsibility

The director of Advance IT – Irvine Rajagopaul is a member of the board of the Pan Foundation. The Poor and Needy Foundation is a non profit organization that provides meals and practical support to the various organizations in and around Durban. Beneficiaries include schools, the mental health society, physically challenged and old age homes. Irvine is also a member of the Woodview crime prevention NPC which was formed to provide security to the community of Woodview with no benefit to the directors and volunteers of the organization. Advance IT also assists schools in the area with free IT support. We are passionate about helping those in need by providing support in any way we can.

This organization has been the brain child of Dennis Rajagopaul, Dennis has been actively assisting the poor for the past 15 years on a casual basis. The desire to help others has grown so strong over the past few years and he felt that more needed to be done. The pan Foundation is now a registered NON Profit organization and has the ability to reach out on a larger scale and fulfill the Dreams of the team. The Board of Directors and Team Members are all currently volunteers and do this for the love of helping others

Woodview crime prevention NPC

NPC implements multi-sectoral integrated area based upgrading programmes of neighbourhoods in townships and informal settlements. This is done in partnership with communities, the City of Durban, Ethekwini Municipality. We work in an integrated team of community participation, Social economic development, operation and maintenance, planning and design, infrastructure, and knowledge management towards sustainable urban neighbourhoods. An area strategy has been developed with community leaders, municipal officials & provincial officials which is called the community action plan.
